Based in the beautiful Columbia River Basin, AJ's Edible Arts, Inc. specializes in hand crafted mustards, sauces, dry mixes, and other fine gourmet food products. Thanks to our location, we have an array of some of the finest produce and gourmet food ingredients in the world available to our kitchen. All of the fresh produce used in our products is provided to us by our local farmers whom we have built relationships with over the past 15 years.

When the business began in 1989, and off and on for the next 8 years, Alice Jones sold her products along side many local farmers at the Pasco Farmer's Market. Over the years, Alice and her partner Juli Massingale have been able to build many relationships with local vendors and farmers. This, along with being active members of several different food and public service associations, has enabled them to build many strong relationships throughout the Columbia Basin. These relationships have provided them with valuable feedback about product quality, production processes, and choice of produce.

As a woman owned business, we feel it is important to be active members in the community and maintain membership in the local Soroptomist chapter as well as the Washington Specialty Foods Association. Our founder, Alice Jones is also a region director for the Washington Specialty Foods Association. Alice is also on the advisory board for the Pasco Commercial Kitchen Project.
