To answer the question…..yes, we spelled ketchup wrong on purpose. This is something different and certainly deserves a different name. Most ketchup these days come from our little red friend the tomato, but historically ketchup was mostly derived from fruit. This sauce has a sweet and tangy flavor that goes great with white meats like turkey and pork, but if you’re inclined you can also enjoy it on fries.

This stuff is fantastic. It wouldn’t be my first choice for french fries, bit it’s terrific for pork cutlet, turkey, or dipping chicken strips or spring rolls. All of their products are so flavorful, just divine.
