30 Day Unconditional Return Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please return the unopened items to us and we will gladly ship an exchange for free or refund you the full cost of the products. The majority of our products are shipped in glass jars. In the case of breakage, please contact us immediately for replacement or refund.To return an item to AJ’s Edible Arts, please print your original email receipt and include in in your return shipment. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of product. Please allow 5 days for credit card refund processing. In the event that you do not have your original receipt, log into your account and print out a duplicate here. If you do not have access to a printer, please write the order number and your name clearly on your package.
